Right of Revocation

Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Cancellation Period
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.

To Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Sky Render Farm, 37 Bench Manor Crescent SL99HL, London, United Kingdom; email: contact@skyrenderfarm.com; phone: +44 7391 565736) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that services begin during the cancellation period, you will pay us an appropriate amount for the services provided up to the time you inform us of cancellation, in proportion to the total services specified in the contract.

Exclusions from the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:

Contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right to cancel.
Contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
