No problem! Reach out to us through live chat and let us know which app/plugin you're using. We'll look into purchase options for you. If the software is free, we'll do our best to it installed on the farm within a few hours.

No worries! We make an effort to update all apps and plugins as soon as new versions are available. Occasionally, the process may take a bit longer. Please let us know which version you're on; we might already have it on the farm, and it just hasn't been reflected on the website yet.
