Quick Start Guide
SkyRenderFarm.com integrates with your 3D software, automating rendering. Send your scene from the interface without complex setups, and enjoy high-res stills or animations using popular render engines.
Our plugin integrates seamlessly into your app, simplifying your project workflow. It collects assets, relinks them, assists with render settings, and detects potential errors. Once ready, your data is sent to the cloud for effortless rendering with full control. Below are the steps for using our render farm.
1. Register new account
To get started, go to the Login/Signup button on https://skyrenderfarm.com. Registration is easy and takes just a few clicks. Once you've registered, you'll receive an activation email with a verification link. Please activate your account to start using our services.
2. Download and install app
Download and install the Sky Desktop app from the Let's Start menu. The Sky Desktop will automatically install the Sky Sender plugin for your existing 3D programs.
3. Upload to SkyRender
After the installation is finished, log in to Sky Desktop.

You can find the Sky Render button on the shelf/toolbar or in the main menu. Sky Sender will analyse the scene and prepare the scene for upload.

Uploading starts automatically when you click the Send button on SkySender. You can check the upload process during the upload.

4. Calculate cost
Use our Cost Calculator to get a quick quote before submitting your project to the farm. This effective tool allows you to accurately estimate the cost and time required to render a scene on Sky Render.

5. Submit a job
If your scene is configured with the Vray render engine, adjust the Object Animation and Camera Animation settings. If you have a single frame that you can distribute to many computers, you can use the Still Image option. Apply the render settings you need and click the Start Render button.

PS. Frames per node is a setting that affects your costs. In most cases, Auto will optimise the number of frames per node for your scene. For example, a Standard priority render job with 225 frames will render 3 frames per node in the background. The more frames per node, the lower the cost as there is no time to reload the scene. On the other hand, the total render time increases as fewer nodes are used.
6. Review rendered frames
Render outputs are simultaneously downloaded to the selected folder on your computer. If you wish, you can download them again later from the Download tab.

7. Purchase SkyCredits
Your active renderings will be gently paused once SkyPoint credits run low. You’ll receive a notification on the Sky Dashboard when your balance reaches 10 credits, and another reminder at 5 credits.
You can make payments on the billing page. We accept debit and credit card payments. PayPal payments coming soon.
Please check our Discount Table if you plan to render regularly.
