1. Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
2. Cancellation Period
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date on which the contract is concluded.
3. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by making a clear statement (for example, by letter sent by post or by email).

You may use the model cancellation form set out below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
4. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (where applicable), except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Commencement of Services During the Cancellation Period
If you requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time you informed us of your decision to cancel, compared to the full coverage of the contract.
6. Exemptions from the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:

Contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right to cancel.

Contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalised.
